Returns

Returns are not a problem at Dealer’s Cup!
You can always return within 14 days.

If you want to return one or more products, we ask you to register the return in advance by mail. Mention your order number and what (s) product (s) it concerns, so we can handle your return as good as possible.

Conditions for returns
– Notify returns in advance by e-mail
– Returns are for your own account
– With an opened package should always be given an explanation
– Returns without notification will not be handled
– Legal reflection is 14 days after receipt of your order
– Warranty actions will always be replaced with a new product, if possible
– Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return to the account where you made the payment
– Your return must contain your full order details (copy of email order is sufficient)
